TECHNICAL

The Electro-Oxidation process can be tweaked to achieve most output standards simply by process current density and anode layer type. Processing efficiency of even 99.9% can be achieved if designed appropriately for the characteristics of the liquid waste.

The Electro-Oxidation process in the AquaEco system is a very important step that guarantees a complete reduction in the balance of COD, TKN, N and P making it very simple for subsequent tertiary processing processes.

Post Processing Section

The aim of the post processing section is to provide a final processing stage to improve water quality to the desired level before it is reused, recycled or discharged into the environment at an economical cost with guaranteed results.

Although the AquaEco system produces almost reusable water directly at the outlet, depending on the characteristics of the Wastewater post treatment of wastewater using a variety of methods such as MGF, ACF, UF, NF, or RO is combined to meet the final treated water application.

After the processing process, the influential contaminants are coagulated or oxidized then separated easily by various physical separation methods and the separated solids are then further managed by a DeWatering system or filter press to achieve the desired low moisture solids.

Interestingly the liquid from this solid separation process is recommended to be sent back to the collection tank to become part of the future waste as it carries some colloidal residue which helps in post processing the new incoming waste.
